Job Description:

Design and develop CRM applications using Salesforce (ADM201 and DEV401);  Implement Cloud Integration systems using SaaS based application architecture; Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, system deployment documentation, and user support; Systems implementation using ASP.net, Tibco, Crystal Reports, Zuora, Oracle, DB2, QTP, Winrunner; Conduct SFDC data migration and custom system configuration using Salesforce infrastructure; Compose Apex Triggers, Dataloader activities, and custom coding; Design and implement software development life cycle using ClearCase, Jira, Rational Test Studio and VMWare; Develop UI and communication protocols; Design and develop CRM systems using Cloud-based infrastructure and Agile methodologies.

  • Performance Analyst (Edison, NJ)
    Job Requirements:
    • Conduct test planning, defect management, requirements validation, and document management using J2EE, SQL/XML; Optimize, simulate and monitor application usage for effective performance engineering using WinRunner, TestDirector, Quality Center 10, Load Runner 11; Conduct architectural analysis using C/C++ and J2EE; Compile reports and metrics on risk management and test cases management using Rational ClearQuest, TRAC and Oracle 10g/11/13; Review and monitor risk escalation and scheduled variance; Detect, analyze and determine performance bottlenecks using performance monitoring tools such as Sitescope and Performance Center; Inspect deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

  • Programmer Analyst
    Responsibilities:
    •  Enhancing all advanced aspects of presentation-tier and middle-tier web applications using Java and J2EE in the WebWork framework.
    • Perform various coding and programming tasks, such as design or development of Web front-end, back-end Web-based applications, and Web/Internet services.
    •  May involve coding and integration of text, graphics, sound, and/or video.
    •  Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with other technical staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
    • Create functional and technical designs for extensions and configurations, such as workflow and/or rules.
    • Code/unit test extensions in a J2EE environment.
    • Investigate and resolve situations where actual test results do not match expected test results. Work closely, establish and maintain positive working relationships with client, partners, and fellow staff on matters related to the technical architecture.

    Qualifications:
    •  
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other equivalent degree with relevant experience is preferred.
    • 4 to 5 years of experience developing software applications and/or web pages using the Java language.
    • Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members.
    • Proficient in analyzing software requirements and documenting technical specifications for a web-based solution.
    • Experience with the full software development life cycle, with emphasis on technical design and documentation activities.
    • Experience within the past year in a software organization with work cycles and product complexities in an enterprise software solution.

    • Experience with Webwork, Spring, Struts and/or Hibernate.
    • BEA WebLogic and/or IBM WebSphere experience.

  • QA Analyst
    Position Scope :

    This position will involve functional test development and execution activities, using both manual test methods and automated test tools for software projects. The scope of work is generally focused on complex software test engineering tasks to ensure quality software projects are developed. The position requires documenting product anomalies using analytical domain skills and knowledge, and working with product stakeholders to ensure anomalies are characterized accurately and the root cause is understood.

    Education Requirements

    This position requires a 4-year degree, or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor of Science in engineering or computer science.

    Essential Competencies
    • Excellent knowledge of software test engineering methods and tools
    • Ability to estimate, plan, develop, and execute tests: functional, integration, performance, stress, etc.
    • Ability to debug complex issues and perform non-systematic testing to determine the root cause of issues.
